We take all aspects of safeguarding children very seriously. All staff are DBS checked and trained on a three yearly cycle. Any changes to current child protection guidelines are briefed to our staff as and when they change. We have two fully trained Child Protection officers to whom all concerns are reported. We have a comprehensive Safeguarding Policy to which all staff adhere.
We have a range of polices relating to the care and education of the children plus those relating to health and safety, complaints and communication issues. Our policies include admissions, behaviour management, communications, complaints, confidentiality, employment and staffing, equal opportunities, first aid, health and safety, medication, missing child, safeguarding, settling in, special educational needs, uncollected child, unwell child and partnership with parents.
